Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• A hybrid position between sales and service
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Ability to study and pass insurance license exams (paid study materials)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a fun team environment

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
