Job Overview

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of packaging, inspection, and serialization equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Repair and maintain packaging equipment.
Support equipment changeovers and adjustments.
Troubleshoot vision systems, sensors, printers, and scanners.
Support PLC-controlled equipment and equipment alarms.
Follow GMP, FDA, and site SOP requirements.
Document maintenance and repair activities.
Support Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and downtime issues.

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
Experience with packaging equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
Knowledge of vision inspection and serialization systems.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Knowledge of GMP and FDA requirements.
Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
