Ligocki Dental Group is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Patient Insurance Coordinator to join our modern, high-technology, family owned dental practice in Oak Brook. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in organization and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update benefit breakdowns.
• Enter and maintain accurate insurance details in Curve Software.
• Assist patients with digital forms and patient portal access.
• Confirm upcoming appointments via phone/text.

• Answer phones promptly and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule and manage recare and treatment appointments.
• Continually follows through with appointment scheduling of overdue patients.
• Handle rescheduling with a focus on maintaining a productive schedule.

• Document all interactions clearly in patient charts.
• Complete new patient intake and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and digital workflows.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Schedule: Full-time.

• M&Th 10:30a-7:30p.
• Tu&F 6:30pa-1:30p.
• W 6:30a-3:00p.
