One of our clients in sunny, vibrant Southern California has asked us to help find a Physical Therapist for their expanding team. This hospital-based outpatient clinic is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and prioritizes exceptional patient care. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical and functional limitations.
Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for home-based care.
Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Current license in the state of California
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
Current CPR certification and BLS preferred.
Strong written and verbal skills
