Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Position

Job Description

This is an opportunity for a rehabilitation professional with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to join a dedicated team. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) and a current, active California license.

Shift

Day shift available with guaranteed 38 hours per week.

Assignment Duration

This is a contract position with a duration of 13 weeks.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California license required
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is a plus
