National Account Management Specialist

Managing key relationships with national clients, the full-time remote National Account Management Specialist will ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and oversee operational alignment while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned national accounts, building strong relationships with clients Drive referral and revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams Lead stewardship meetings and prepare service metrics to ensure client engagement and satisfaction Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in account management or client services within workers' compensation, auto, or liability sectors Experience working with TPAs, insurance carriers, and complex multi-state accounts Strong understanding of workers' compensation claims processes preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
