Senior Area Sales Manager Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr Location requirement: Must live in the Dallas Fort Worth area. About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Area Sales Manager in the Construction, Industrial, or Equipment Rental Industry to lead and inspire multiple sales teams while driving business growth. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands‑on sales expertise to deliver outstanding results. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor multiple managers and professional staff to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals. Optimize team performance by allocating resources and setting clear priorities. Solve complex operational challenges and make data‑driven decisions. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers to drive success. Collaborate across teams to achieve organizational objectives. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years in sales management or leadership with a proven track record. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Deep understanding of sales processes and business drivers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
