Manufacturing Associate Role Join a cutting‑edge cell therapy manufacturing team at the forefront of innovation! We’re looking for Manufacturing Associates to support production of blood‑derived cell therapies in a controlled cGMP cleanroom setting. Key Responsibilities Execute cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation procedures. Operate under strict aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols. Follow SOPs and GDPs for documentation and compliance. Collaborate in a team‑based environment, report deviations and support quality investigations. Who We're Looking For Understanding of biology, chemistry, or clinical practices. Familiarity with cGMP/FDA regulations. Comfortable working in a cleanroom for extended periods (up to 6 hours). Bachelor’s, Associate, or Medical Technical degree with 2+ years of experience, or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years in manufacturing.
