Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various domainschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Analyze test results meticulously, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are maintained and calibrated properly.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all procedures with attention to detail, mentor new hires or students, and actively maintain the highest lab quality standards.
• Uphold a pristine and safe work environment in accordance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health equivalent, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ensure ongoing certification is maintained throughout your employment.
