• Support with specimen collection and prepare samples for various testing as required.
• Document all procedures with precision, provide training to newcomers or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree that meets ASCP/AMT certification preparation requirements.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment duration.
