Mortgage Branch Manager

Overseeing daily operations and driving sales performance, the full-time Mortgage Branch Manager will lead a team of loan officers while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a high-performance culture in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and branch staff to achieve performance goals Generate personal mortgage loan production and develop relationships with real estate agents and community organizations Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies Required qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of personal loan production and exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and processes Ability to recruit and retain a high-performing team Proficient in loan origination systems and Microsoft Office Suite
