\nWhat You'll Do

- Manage borrowers from application through closing \n
- Generate and grow self-sourced mortgage business \n
- Leverage personal referrals, company-provided leads, or a combination of both \n
- Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to create a seamless client experience \n
- Maintain compliance with federal and state lending regulations \n
- Consistently meet or exceed production objectives \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Active NMLS license \n
- 1-3+ years of mortgage origination experience \n
- Proven ability to generate and close mortgage loans \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset \n
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment \n
