Neuro-Progressive/ICU Registered Nurse

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for a dedicated Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU Registered Nurse. Candidates must possess critical care experience and be prepared to complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer. Effective January 11, 2024, local candidates from ineligible counties will not be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in a Neuro-Progressive or ICU setting.
• Utilize Epic electronic medical records for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as per protocol.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical changes in patient condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience.
• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Active RN license required; pending state licenses will not be considered.
• NAVE BLUE scrubs are required for all shifts.

Schedule

7 PM to 7:30 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
