Location: Canton, MS

The salary range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various electric utility projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive and organized professional with exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills. This position will be in-office, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Support procurement and logistics for materials and equipment needed for power distribution systems.
• Help manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Participate in site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in power distribution, construction, or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Highly skilled in Excel, Microsoft Project, P6 Scheduling, and other project management tools.

Key Nice-To-Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
