Construction DirectorOur client is a well-established New Jersey-based construction firm headquartered in Cranford, NJ, with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial projects throughout the region. As part of a strategic growth initiative, the company is making a significant investment in expanding its healthcare construction portfolio and is seeking a proven industry leader to help build and scale this business unit.Lead the development and execution of the company's healthcare construction growth strategy throughout New Jersey and the surrounding market. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with healthcare systems, developers, architects, engineers, and key industry stakeholders. Drive business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, participating in pursuits, and supporting contract negotiations. Recruit, mentor, and develop project management and field teams to support future market growth. Establish operational processes, best practices, and performance standards specific to healthcare construction projects. Proven experience overseeing healthcare construction projects valued at $10M or greater. Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale healthcare projects and client relationships simultaneously. Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing project teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive long-term market expansion.
