Role Description This full-time Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Marana, AZ, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Project Manager oversees structural steel projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and communicating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. The role involves reviewing project specifications, tracking materials, overseeing fabrication and erection activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager also identifies risks, resolves issues, and prepares status reports to keep stakeholders informed. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and oversight of construction or steel-related projects. Background as an Expeditor with strong Expediting skills to track materials, coordinate deliveries, and maintain project schedules. Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Experience in Logistics Management to organize transportation, inventory, and on-time delivery of structural steel components. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools; familiarity with construction drawings and specifications is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
