Victura Professionals is Recruiting Candidates for Operations Lead Positions located in Buckhead/Atlanta Area as follows:

Job Details Include:

-Work Status:
Full Time

-Work Type: Temp-To-Hire, hired on after 4-5 months, or Direct Hire

-Pay rate range:
$25-$30 per hour based on experience

-Benefits once hired on

-Location: Buckhead/Atlanta, West Paces Ferry area

-Work Hours: Can start as early as 6am-7am and work for 8–10-hour shifts

-Work Attire: Steel Toe Shoes, Professional Khaki Pants and Shirts with Sleeves (long or short) and with a collar, i.e. golf shirt. No holes, No strings, no markings/graphics on Pants or Shirts.

-No visible Tattoos

-No facial Piercings

-Appearance: Professional Corporate appearance

Job Duties Include:

-Lead a team of 3-4 Facilities Operations Team members whose daily job is to receive and execute against work orders per the needs of the employees working in Facilities of this multi-building property.

-Create practices, procedures and systems for process and work improvement and efficiencies

-Providing Excellent Customer Service to on-site Customers

-Work includes also doing work while leading a Team to work, execute and complete jobs on work orders, Player/Coach.

-Consistent Heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds

-Work may include the following: setting up offices, moving desks, taking items to the mailroom, utilizing hand tools to assemble, receiving products on the docks, cleaning the docks, setting up chairs and tables for events, tearing down chairs and tables for events, loading and unloading, removing products from pallets to other locations, driving golf carts, all other duties assigned.

Job Skills Required Include:

-Team Leadership and Alignment, Coaching & Developing Team members

-Excellent Customer Service Skills

-Valid Georgia Driver’s License with acceptable MVR

-Superb Customer Service Skills

-Mechanically Inclined-Can use Hand Tools, do simple Diagnostics, and Assemble Furniture.

-Warehouse experience

-Previous General Facilities experience very helpful

-Follow Instructions

-Time Management

-English: Excellent ability to Speak, Write, Comprehend, and Read English

-Excellent Communications Skills including Verbal and Written

-Excellent Listening Skills

-Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

-Professionalism: In Appearance, In Speaking, Attendance, Interactions with Others, Management of Team Members, and getting the work done.

-High Levels of Trustworthiness, Integrity and Results Oriented.
