Business Operations & Project Lead

Overview This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. It involves coordinating team members and third‑party contractors, defining project objectives, overseeing quality control, and managing project budgets. What You’ll Do Assist in developing comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, budget, and timelines. Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Raise any roadblocks to senior leadership and identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Motivate team members, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop risk‑management plans; monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular risk assessments and update plans as needed. Communicate status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Prepare and deliver regular status reports highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps. Facilitate project meetings such as kick‑off, status, and review meetings. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations; maintain QA processes and procedures. Conduct reviews and audits to identify improvement areas. Manage project budgets, controlling costs and providing updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, implementing best practices and tools to increase efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and project‑management best practices. Qualifications Typical Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred. 2–3 years of project‑management experience; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Proficiency in AI tools and intelligent prompt/agent development. Strong understanding of project‑management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven focus. Proficiency in project‑management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team. Hybrid and remote options available; location depends on position requirements and leadership decisions. Base Salary Range $65,000.00 – $82,650.00 Base pay is part of a total rewards package that may include discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentives.
