Real Estate Agent, Luxury Leasing & Rentals (Downtown Miami) Aura New York | Downtown Miami, FL About Aura New York Aura New York is expanding into Miami, and we are building our on-the-ground leasing team from the start. We manage and represent high-end residential properties, and we are looking for a driven, personable real estate agent to help us lease our own buildings while building a thriving rental business across the Miami market. This is a true ground-floor opportunity to grow with us as we establish our presence in one of the country's hottest real estate markets, based out of our Downtown Miami office. The Role This is a hybrid position built for a self-starter who thrives on both structure and independence. You will split your time between two revenue streams. Onsite leasing, a couple of days per week: You will be stationed at one of our Downtown Miami buildings, meeting prospective residents, giving tours, and closing leases on our properties. We drive the traffic, and you convert it. Rental brokerage, the rest of your week: You will work rental leads, both those we provide and those you generate on your own, to place clients in apartments throughout the Miami market, with a particular focus on buildings near our properties. You keep the pipeline full, you run the deals, and you get paid on what you close. Beyond that, this role is what you make of it. You are encouraged to build your own book of business, and you have the freedom to pursue sales, commercial deals, and any other avenue of real estate you want to grow into. The right person sees the onsite days as a steady foundation and everything else as unlimited upside. Because we are just getting started in Miami, the person who joins now has room to grow far beyond a single agent role. As you prove yourself and the market expands, there is a genuine path to leading teams and running divisions of your own. We want a partner in building this operation, not just a hire. What You Will Do Lease Aura's luxury units onsite by conducting showings, qualifying applicants, and closing leases during your scheduled days at our building or buildings Work company-provided rental leads promptly and professionally to convert them into signed leases Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, online marketing, and local relationships Place clients in rental properties across Miami, especially in and around Aura's buildings Build your own book of business and pursue sales, commercial, and other opportunities as you grow Manage the full deal cycle, from initial contact and showings to applications, negotiation, and signing Deliver a polished, high-touch experience that reflects the quality of our properties and clientele Stay current on Miami inventory, pricing, and neighborhood trends Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, and closed deals What We Are Looking For Active Florida real estate license (required). You must be licensed and ready to work on day one A genuine hustler who is motivated by performance and comfortable owning their own income An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to grow into a larger role over time Strong sales instincts and the ability to close Excellent communication and people skills, so clients feel taken care of Self-discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline between onsite days Familiarity with the Miami rental market is a strong plus Professional presentation befitting a luxury brand Reliable transportation and the flexibility to show properties on evenings and weekends as needed Comfort with technology, including CRM, listing platforms, and digital communication tools Compensation This is a commission-based position with strong, uncapped earning potential. Estimated annual compensation is $80,000 to $100,000, with top performers positioned to earn well beyond that as they grow their book of business and expand into new areas.
