We connect renters with the best mid-tier to luxury rental communities across Miami — and we're looking for motivated locators to join the team. This isn't a corporate desk job. You'll be working leads, building leasing agent relationships, and closing deals in one of the hottest rental markets in the country. Responsibilities Guide clients through the Miami rental market — matching them to communities based on budget, lifestyle, and move-in timeline Build and maintain direct relationships with leasing agents across Miami's top rental communities Conduct Game Plan Calls with clients to lock in preferences and drive toward fast placements Send detailed quote drops (gross rent, concessions, net effective rent, move-in costs) to clients post-consultation Manage multiple active clients simultaneously with urgency and professionalism Track leads, client interactions, and deal progress using MAG systems Stay sharp on Miami market trends, concessions, and availability across target buildings Qualifications Comfortable working commission-only with high earning potential (Average rental commissions in Miami Market are $2,500-$4,000) Experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles — apartment locating experience is a major plus Strong communicator — bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage in Miami Self-starter with a social media presence or willingness to build one — our leads come from TikTok, IG, and Facebook Organized, responsive, and client-obsessed Knowledge of Miami neighborhoods, rental communities, and the local rental market preferred What You Get Competitive commission splits with MAG-sourced leads Access to MAG brand, systems, and building relationships A platform that's already generating inbound leads Real mentorship — not a sink-or-swim brokerage experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Casa Locators
