Role Overview As an Associate Agent, you will be working directly alongside the founder of the team, a real estate professional specializing in luxury waterfront condos and homes across Miami and Miami Beach. With over 12 years of regional sales experience, she brings deep market knowledge and a strong track record guiding clients through high-value transactions. Backed by Compass, she leverages advanced technology and an extensive network of buyers and brokers to operate in a highly competitive market. Her business is built on long-term client relationships, consistent referrals, and a high standard of service, including responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong follow-up. This role offers direct exposure to her day-to-day operations, client interactions, and transaction workflow, providing a unique opportunity to learn how a high-performing agent runs and scales a successful business. Responsibilities Respond to and follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally Assist with buyer and rental showings, including scheduling and coordination Guide clients through property tours, applications, offers, and negotiations Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with all clients Track all interactions, leads, and activities accurately within the CRM Collaborate closely with the team lead to ensure a seamless client experience Continue building your own pipeline and personal brand within Compass Qualifications Prior experience in real estate transactions, showings, or client-facing roles Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Coachable and willing to follow structured processes Familiarity with CRM systems and transaction workflows Flexible availability during weekends and evenings.
