Located in Mauldin, SC the company with a 70-year history just completed a 150,000 sq ft expansion and has an immediate full time opening on its corporate team.

We have a total employee base of 150 - 200 employees. The position is an “in the office” role that has no out of town travel requirement.

We focus on teamwork not titles and employees are known by names not just a number.

We set high expectations and have a high record of success that allows for long-term job stability and strong rewards. Responsibilities will cross the areas of benefits administration, payroll processing, recruitment and onboarding, auditing, general human resources matters, planning of company recognition and morale building events all with direct employee interactions.

This is not a remote-based HR role, but rather a place where you get to know your colleagues and develop relationships with the team as we continue to grow. Candidates that want to work for a medium sized growing company, be able to work with the full leadership team, and not get bored by a single task this is the position for you.

Skills Required and/or Beneficial:·

Four or more years of related experience·

Understanding of Benefit programs·

Knowledge of labor and wage related laws·

Ability to recruit talent·

Excellent written and verbal communication·
