We have decades-long partnerships with some of the most respected consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies and the most highly inventive retailer brands.Excellent Pay and Benefits:Great career-pathingProfessional development, including unlimited online training coursesHealth insurance with premium contributionsDental, vision, HSA100% company paid life insurance and long-term disability401k – with employer matchPaid time off to include- vacation, sick pay, wellness time off, and 10 holidaysCompany bonusesAnd many more…Position SummaryAssisting in all duties and responsibilities to ensure equipment and machinery is cleaned in a safe and efficient manner based on the production schedule and in compliance with the approved health and sanitation practices.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with cleaning circuits, set up, and perform pipe swingsIn Fairport facility: Check to ensure proper chlorine levels at coolers;Perform cream tank receiving, maintenance and cleaning;Maintain chemical equipment and deliver chemicals as requested;Clean drains, traps, and caps per cleaning scheduled and as required;Perform standardized cleaning and procedures with caustic and other cleaning chemicals and assist with changeover of parts;Inspect all areas to ensure AIB standards are met and notify management of any concerns unable to be resolved;Complete MSS as assigned for daily, weekly, monthly, tasks in RedzoneWork in a safe manner, consistent with company safety rules and regulationsReport food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.Required Education, Skills & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED;LO/TO, HACCP, HECP and chemical training required;Ability to wear personal protective equipment (bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, beard net (if applicable), Kevlar gloves, safety glasses and leather skid resistant work shoes/boots);Ability to wear additional PPE while participating in a CIP not limited to: chemical suits and boots and face shield.Previous experience working chemicals, preferred but not required;Ability to apply computer and communication skills, math functions, and reasoning.Ability to work a flexible scheduleWorking ConditionsAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to:Long periods of standing/moving, working around moving mechanical parts/conveyorsLoud environment, hot/cold, wet/dry conditionsLifting/carrying <50 poundsFrequent reaching/pulling/climbing stairs/stooping/kneeling/bendingDisclaimer: The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed and is not an inclusive summary of job duties and responsibilities.
