In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Compensation & Incentives Earn a base salary of $90,000–$105,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $15,000 signing bonus. Develop and implement assent‑based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles. Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
