Executive Sous Chef - Lead Creative Cuisine & Kitchen Ops

Coury Hospitality in Southlake, TX seeks an experienced Executive Chef to assist the Executive Chef and, in his/her absence, lead the kitchen to ensure innovative, high-quality cuisine. You will manage culinary staff, coordinate food purchasing, develop menus and maintain approved food and labor costs.
This role requires strong leadership, cost control, and the ability to train cooks on recipes, standards, and safety.
