Join us! About This Opportunity JOB TITLE: Production Associate POSITION TYPE: Full time CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt Starting Pay: $28.08 per hour. Pay increase to $29.28 after 3 months Shift Premium of $1.75 an hour paid for working any hours between 6 pm- 6 am Sunday Pay: Earn 2x pay for work performed on a Sunday Holiday Pay: Earn 2x for holiday pay Overtime Pay: Earn 1.5x pay for hours worked over 40 in a week or over 8 hours per day Join our Lancaster Team! Job Responsibilities Produce a safe and quality product Troubleshoot production issues and elevate them to appropriate team members Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties Participation in a team environment Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years or older Able to read and comprehend the English language Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction) Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be detail oriented Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience Benefits Paid vacation and holidays (premium pay for holiday work) 401(k) plan available Flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses Life and disability insurance Employee assistance program Option: Get paid every day with daily pay Referral program On-the-job training Advancement opportunities!
