Cordavis partners with manufacturers and payors to deliver:Sustainable cost savings for payors and patients.A reliable and predictable supply chain that minimizes disruption for patients.A responsible and viable long-term approach to deliver value and affordable products.Our partnerships create a vibrant and competitive marketplace, allowing us to expand our investments in future products to shape tomorrow's health care, today.Position SummaryCordavis is looking for a proactive and insight-driven Senior Business Analyst who partners with the business to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive data-led decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within large, complex and sometimes unstructured datasetsPerform deep-dive analyses to understand drivers behind business performanceTranslate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsEnsure accuracy and consistency across reporting and datasetsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or other applicable tools)Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and analysisContribute to defining best practices for analysis, reporting, and visualizationMonitor key metrics and flag unusual movements or data quality issuesContinuously look for ways to automate or streamline reporting and analysis workflowsIdentify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance analytics, streamline processes, and improve business decision-making.Develop a strong understanding of the business, industry, products, and market dynamics to deliver relevant insights and actionable recommendations.Required Qualifications3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar roleBachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related disciplineStrong SQL skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis experienceExperience with Power BI (or similar visualization tools)Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex or ambiguous business questionsAbility to identify meaningful insights beyond standard reporting requirementsStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiencesCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across business and technical teamsExperience with Python, R, Power Automate, or other analytics and automation tools is an advantagePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:35,000.00 - 90,000.00We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on: 04/10/2026SummaryLocation: IRL - DublinType: Full time
