Public Liason Officer Job Title: Public Liaison Officer Location: Cleethorpes Salary: £12.90 per hour Role Highlights & Packages: Approximately 15 hours per week, with additional hours available during busier periods. Ideally working 5 hours per day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, although there is flexibility to work Thursday or Friday if preferred. Company laptop and mobile phone provided. Immediate start available (Monday start possible). Long-term temporary opportunity, expected to last 6+ months. Role Overview: We are looking for a friendly and confident Public Liaison Officer to act as the key link between an ongoing project and the local community in Cleethorpes. You'll be communicating with residents, shopkeepers and business owners, keeping them informed of upcoming works and ensuring any concerns or complaints are handled professionally. Key Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident engaging with members of the public and local businesses. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally. Well organised and able to work independently. Previous customer service, community engagement or public-facing experience is desirable but not essential. Responsibilities: Liaise with local stakeholders, including residents, shopkeepers and business owners. Inform the local community about upcoming works and project updates. Deliver leaflets and information to local properties and businesses. Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Build positive relationships within the community.
