The Farmington Family YMCA is hiring a Full Time Member Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and prospective members, greet visitors, answer phones, and help direct them to programs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and a self-starter approach.
