We need a dependable, customer-focused plumber who can diagnose residential plumbing problems, provide quality repairs, and confidently communicate solutions to homeowners.If you take pride in your work, know how to troubleshoot plumbing systems, and want to build a long-term career with a growing company, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair residential plumbing issuesPerform plumbing service, maintenance, and repair callsRepair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, valves, piping, and other plumbing componentsDiagnose leaks, stoppages, water-pressure issues, and other plumbing problemsPerform drain and sewer-related service when applicableInspect plumbing systems and identify necessary repairs or potential concernsExplain findings and repair options clearly and professionally to homeownersProvide accurate estimates and recommendationsComplete work orders, invoices, photos, and job documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work areaFollow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable plumbing codesDeliver excellent customer service on every callWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience preferredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilityWorking knowledge of plumbing codes and proper repair proceduresExperience with water heaters, fixtures, piping, leaks, drains, and common residential plumbing systemsAbility to work independently and manage service calls efficientlyStrong communication and customer-service skillsComfortable presenting homeowners with repair and replacement optionsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to use tablets, smartphones, and service softwareServiceTitan experience is a plusGeorgia plumbing licensing/certifications are a plusWhat Makes Someone Successful at ProTechWe're looking for more than someone who can turn a wrench.
