Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable full-stack applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Contribute to architecture decisions by breaking down complex problems, defining technical approaches, and guiding feature-level implementation. Develop and maintain robust automated testing practices while balancing coverage, risk, and delivery priorities. Understand application infrastructure and deployment environments, including cloud platforms, containers, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows effectively while maintaining strong engineering standards and critically evaluating generated outputs. Partner with clients to understand business challenges, provide technical guidance, and influence strategic product decisions. Collaborate with engineers, designers, product professionals, and delivery teams to create impactful solutions. Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demonstrations that help clients explore new technology opportunities. Mentor teammates, promote engineering best practices, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who combines strong technical capabilities with business understanding, communication skills, and a passion for solving meaningful problems. Candidates should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and adapting to evolving technologies. Extensive experience building full-stack web applications and delivering production-ready software solutions. Strong proficiency in backend development with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or comparable technologies. Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks. Solid understanding of software architecture, modular design principles, testing strategies, and engineering best practices. Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with containerized applications using Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. Ability to reason about application scalability, reliability, deployment processes, and production operations. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to integrate AI into development workflows responsibly. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to understand customer needs, build trusted relationships, and contribute to strategic discussions.
