Job Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
• Pick orders using RF scanners and operate at elevated heights when needed
• Handle put-away, replenishment, staging, and product movement
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation using WMS or ERP systems
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety standards
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Inventory or cycle counting experience is highly preferred
• Safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
• Pick orders using RF scanners and operate at elevated heights when needed
• Handle put-away, replenishment, staging, and product movement
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and investigate discrepancies
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Equipment Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
• Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
