Generate New Business Prospect neighborhoods impacted by severe weather Build relationships with homeowners through face-to-face interactions Schedule roof inspections and identify restoration opportunities Educate Homeowners Conduct property inspections for storm-related damage Explain the restoration and insurance claims process Provide honest recommendations and exceptional customer service Manage Projects Guide customers from the initial inspection through final project completion Coordinate with insurance adjusters and internal production teams Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations Grow Your Business Develop referral relationships Maintain a strong sales pipeline Build long-term customer trust within your community What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a performance-based environment.
