Manager, Fundraising & Donor Engagement, PLK, US&C

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated professional to support philanthropy, fundraising, and corporate social responsibility initiatives for the Popeyes Foundation. The role combines fundraising event coordination, grant administration, volunteer engagement, communications, and donor relations. Responsibilities Fundraising (75%) Support annual giving campaigns and in‑restaurant fundraising programs. Coordinate logistics for fundraising events. Maintain accurate donor records and ensure data integrity in Raiser’s Edge. Process donations, pledges, and acknowledgements promptly. Generate reports, mailing lists, and campaign analytics; track progress toward fundraising goals. Segment and analyze donor data to inform outreach and retention strategies. Collaborate with the Popeyes Foundation team on convention priorities, including event preparation, booth staffing, silent auction procurement and fulfillment, and fulfillment of fundraising contributions. Manage inventory and shipments of Foundation merchandise (e.g., t‑shirts, event swag). Programs (15%) Support grant administration and maintain records in Submittable. Conduct outreach and follow‑up with local nonprofit partners. Serve as a liaison for local volunteer opportunities, supporting RSC and community engagement initiatives. Communications (10%) Provide support for quarterly board meetings by organizing onsite logistics, preparing materials, ensuring smooth execution, and accurate documentation before, during, and after the meeting. Manage the View email address on click.appcast.io inbox and respond to community inquiries. Coordinate and complete quarterly updates to popeyesfoundation.org. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, CSR, or corporate giving. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive problem solver with strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative approach. Preferred Skills Experience or aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills). Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge, Submittable, and Webflow or similar software. Knowledge of donor databases, grants management, and digital engagement tools.
