Position Title: Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in an Independent Insurance Agency required (No exceptions)
Additional Compensation:
- Ability to achieve Equity Partner
Your mission is to drive revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and minimize risk exposure through proactive client acquisition, tailored insurance solutions, and strong client relationships.
Results Expected:
- Achieve a minimum of $600,000 New Business Premium annually.
- Maintain a client retention rate of at least 90%.
- Reduce clients' risk exposure by 20% within the year.
