Staffing SpecialistThe Staffing Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in Federal Staffing experience, specifically utilizing USA Staffing system. Note This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.Responsibilities:Full range of Federal Civilian staffing and placement dutiesDetermine assessment methodsDevelop job analysesBuild vacancy announcements in USA Staffing systemAssess candidate qualificationsIssue Referral listsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:3-5 years Federal Civilian StaffingPublic Trust ClearanceUSA Staffing systemExperience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5Ability to work independentlyDemonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping effortsExperience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.Certifications:DEU - Delegated Examining Unit certification
