Licensed Clinician

Location: Warrenton, NC
Schedule: In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000+ (Based on licensure, experience, and work arrangement)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinician to provide assessment, individual therapy, and group psychotherapy services to adults experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use challenges. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated client care.
• Support clients with behavioral health and substance use needs.
  

Required Qualifications

• Active LCSWA or LCMHCA license.
• LCSW or LCMHC preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• LCAS or LCASA certification preferred.
• Willingness to obtain LCASA registration after hire.
