Material Handler

Pay Rate: $17.68–$19.00/hr, paid weekly Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with possible Friday overtime Location: Hamilton, OH 45015

MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE. Summary

Support shipping, receiving, and production by safely moving, staging, labeling, and tracking materials while maintaining accurate inventory and following safety and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
2. Pull, verify, stage, and deliver materials to production areas.
3. Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
4. Use handheld scanners to route and receive products.
5. Perform equipment inspections and follow safety procedures.
6. Operate overhead cranes and dock locks as required.
7. Weigh and count containers and verify part numbers.
8. Inspect materials and containers for damage or contamination.
9. Move scrap and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification must be obtained and maintained through company training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
