As a Sales Lead, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to Managers and Sales Associates and contributes to the store’s success. Responsibilities Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans. Embrace the store culture with passion for the brand and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty. Surpass commercial targets and KPIs by setting and achieving new records. Foster loyal fans by engaging authentically and building lasting connections beyond transactions. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help the team achieve KPI goals. Qualifications Demonstrated results-oriented selling with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment. Strong care in communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience. Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking and the ability to deliver positive results. Excellent time management, prioritization, and delegation skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems. Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; reliable arrival to work.
