TheCoatingForemanwillschedule,coordinate,andsupervisecraftemployeeactivity,withintheapplicabledisciplineonmultipleprojects.ReportstoProjectManagerfordailyscheduledworkpriorities,coordinationoftechnicalandsite-specificworkactivitiesandcraftcrewdistribution. EssentialFunctions Ownership/ensuresclientandCompanysafetyrules,policies,andpracticesaredocumentedandadheredto.Ensuretheimplementationofanysafetycorrectivemeasures. Understandandadheretoallprocessesthataredesignedtohelpcompleteprojectssafely,withahighstandardofqualitywithexpectedproductivity SuperviseForemaninassignedcrafttoensureprojectsarebeingproperlystaffed,meetingprojecttimelines,stayingwithinprojectbudgetandproperprocessesarebeingfollowed. Periodicallyinspectworkinprogressandcompletedworktoensureconformancetospecifications. Understandandadheretoallprocessesthataredesignedtohelpcompleteprojects. PerformanyotherdutiesasassignedbyManagement. RequiredtoalwayswearPPEonjobsite. AbilitytopassHairFollicleTesting AcceptableBackground TWICCard Abilitytoworkovertime SuccessfulcompletecustomerrequiredSafetyTraining.
