Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:


Cloudsyntrix Inc is seeking senior-level engineers and architects with expertise in multi-cloud, analytics, automation, and infrastructure IT services to join our dynamic team. We are looking for engineering teams (3-10 members) alongside individual experts who can deliver professional services on-demand. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working collaboratively within their domains, or welcome to bring their teams that we will vet, and/or will need to be a cultural fit to augment our existing teams. At CSTX, we are the go to wide label engineering service Provider for some of the largest global technical services integration firms in the world alongside manufacturers, ISPs, VARS, etc. We are receiving an overwhelming amount of opportunities and next-gen projects to deliver for our partners and our clients In which we need to augment our current engineering teams with only the most experienced in senior certified individuals in our industry. Technical Engineering teams preferred:


Project delivery expertise across the following subsets: (Resource teams and senior engineers needed across the following categories..)



Project Team (1) - (Multicloud)
Multicloud - (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP)



Project Team (2) - HPC & Compute infrastructure- Nutanix, Dell, Vast, Pure), and network infrastructure (Cisco and Arista stack)



Project Team (3) - Multisite Field services: Provide expertise in global field services such as rack-and-stack , IP surveillance, access control, network, and wifi deployments.



Project Team (4) - Application development/digital transformation - (CRM, ERP, python, Java, Atlassian Suite, Salesforce, Servicenow, etc )



Qualifications:


Multicloud Technologies


Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing multicloud environments across platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.


Proficiency in cloud orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes) for seamless integration and automation.


Strong understanding of hybrid cloud setups, including security protocols like internal firewalls and traffic control for enterprise systems



Network Infrastructure


Proven ability to architect and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN configurations, data center operations, and virtualization technologies.


Experience with next-gen networking solutions such as automated network operations and performance optimization tools


Familiarity with network security frameworks, including multi-layered defense systems and compliance standards



Generative AI


Demonstrated experience in deploying generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases such as supply chain optimization, personalized customer experiences, and predictive maintenance


Knowledge of domain-specific generative AI models that integrate proprietary data for actionable insights across enterprise applications


Ability to leverage generative AI to automate IT processes (e.g., document creation, chatbot interfaces) and enhance productivity



Advanced Analytics Solutions


Expertise in advanced analytics platforms leveraging AI/ML for predictive modeling, business intelligence (BI), and data visualization


Skilled in building ETL pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights for decision-making


Experience with data architecture design to align technical execution with business strategy



General Technical Skills


Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for analytics and automation tasks.


Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management tools (e.g., Ansible, VMware).


Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.


Strong analytical problem-solving skills tailored to complex enterprise challenges.


Proven ability to work in cohesive teams or independently in delivering professional services.


Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, on-prem infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems
