Job Description

As a Security Officer Luxury Retail in Denver CO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a high-end retail location you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong customer service communication and professionalism. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor stock areas entrances exits and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points observe customer and visitor traffic and report suspicious behavior policy violations and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support retail operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures helping to manage crowd flow during busy periods and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
