As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact professionally with customers and team members, report observations, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail store, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Monitor access points, entrances, exits, and restricted areas in accordance with site-specific policies. Document and report incidents, observations, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
