Job Description

• Support the full year-end compensation planning and review cycle
• Assist with salary, bonus, and incentive compensation processes
• Manage, validate, and audit compensation and employee data
• Prepare reports and conduct detailed compensation analysis
• Resolve data discrepancies and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Partner with HR and business leaders throughout the year-end process
• Support additional compensation projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

• At least three years of dedicated compensation experience
• Must have completed at least one full year-end compensation cycle
• Workday experience is highly preferred, although strong candidates using other systems will be considered
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Financial services experience is preferred, but other industries will be considered
• Comfortable working independently without direct reports
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to succeed within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
