We're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a real estate career with the support of experienced agents, practical training, and ongoing coaching. You'll learn how to find buyers and sellers, generate new business, schedule appointments, show properties, and guide clients through the buying and selling process. Our team provides established systems, hands-on mentorship, and guidance from agents who are actively selling real estate. The focus is on helping you develop the skills and daily habits needed to build a successful business. You'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you earn as your business grows. No previous real estate sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals who communicate well, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn. $115,500 - $187,500 yearly Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to prospective buyers.

Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective marketing plans.

Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values.

Utilize company resources to generate leads and expand a client base.

Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

Active real estate license or nearing completion of the licensing process. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Proven track record of taking initiative and following through on tasks. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively guide clients through the buying or selling process. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals together.
