About the Opportunity The ideal candidate brings a minimum of seven years of hands-on litigation experience, with the capability to independently manage a diverse docket that includes real estate litigation, business disputes, and general civil litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage litigation files from intake through trial and/or settlement. Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and handle all facets of discovery. Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and, when needed, trials. Analyze complex legal and factual issues, advising clients with clarity and confidence. Develop case strategy, evaluate exposure, and recommend cost-effective solutions. Represent clients in matters involving real estate disputes, commercial disagreements, and general business conflicts. Work collaboratively with partners, paralegals, and support staff to advance case objectives. Maintain organized, timely, and thorough case documentation and reporting. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Florida Bar. Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, including real estate and business litigation. Demonstrated ability to manage cases with minimal supervision. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Confident courtroom presence and advocacy skills. Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients. Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.
