Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $489,000 $543,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert care for patients with cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
• Engage in clinical research and incorporate innovative treatments into patient care
• Offer consultations, second opinions, and develop treatment plans for complex cases
• Document patient encounters and manage care through EPIC EMR system
• Support a flexible schedule with minimal call obligations shared among team members
• Support a hospital environment that values continuous improvement and patient-centered care

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
• Certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology (BC/BE)
• Commitment to excellence and patient-centered care

Preferred:

• Prior experience in oncology/hematology practice
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
