Machine Operator – Lawrence, KS
12-Hour Shifts | Day and Night Openings | $18.70–$21.75/hr + Overtime Opportunities
LSI Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Lawrence, KS . This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your skills and work ethic are rewarded with steady pay, consistent hours, and room for advancement.

Pay & Schedule
- $18.70 – $21.75 per hour (based on experience and shift)
- Overtime pay up to $32.62 per hour
- 12-hour shifts available for both day and overnight schedules
- Temp-to-hire positions with full-time potential

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or product issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety and quality procedures to uphold manufacturing standards
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable working with various tools, controls, and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically capable of meeting job demands
- Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency for production tracking and reporting
