Firm Administrator

Firm Administrator We are seeking a Firm Administrator to serve as a senior office manager at a mid‑size downtown law firm. Qualifications 5+ years of legal HR/office management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Experience with QuickBooks (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field Responsibilities Streamline procedures and balance the administrative workload. Supervise support staff and resolve performance and interpersonal issues. Oversee the firm’s recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and professional development for attorneys and staff. Manage benefits administration, payroll questions, and firm policies and procedures. Support marketing and business development efforts. Coordinate with vendors and oversee facilities, inventory, and maintenance requests. Maintain accountability, discretion, and emotional intelligence to ensure success in this role.
