Senior Private Client Relationship Manager

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients' unique risk profiles and insurance requirements across various lines (e.g., personal lines, specialty coverages, excess liability). Cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and families. Develop and present tailored insurance solutions, demonstrating expertise in policy structures, coverage limits, and premium considerations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, claims adjusters, and other specialists, to ensure seamless client service and optimal outcomes. Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to clients. Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling additional insurance products and services to existing clients. Participate in new business development activities, including networking and prospecting, to expand the private client portfolio. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and renewal documents with accuracy and professionalism. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on high‑net‑worth clients. Valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Demonstrated expertise in complex personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewelry, and other specialty coverages. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and exceeding service expectations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Professional designations such as CPCU, CPRIA, CISR, or AAI are a plus.
